Make Music with Us!There are many opportunities to join the music of Grace
What kind of music do we love at Grace?
Traditional Anthems and Hymns: Grace may be a progressive, forward-thinking church, but we love a good old-fashioned hymn sing. Most every service will find worshippers reaching for our trusted red United Methodist Hymnal, singing enduring songs that have borne witness to the faith, joys, and struggles of generations, and continue to be meaningful to our lives today.
Contemporary Music: We also love expressing our faith in more diverse and up-to-date ways. That’s when we reach for the little black hymnal, The Faith We Sing or the little green hymnal, Worship & Song. The music in this mini-but-mighty books reflects many worship styles, including praise songs, American ethnic music, gospel songs, and world music.
Our choirs also sing a mix of traditional and contemporary music. Often, we feature guest musicians who perform in a variety of musical styles: Gospel, classical, rock, swing–we welcome any music that deepens and enhances our worship together.
